I was in the middle of a bathroom remodel and hit a plumbing snag. Someone came right over, figured out a solution within a few minutes, and gave me a quote. A few hours later, another tech came by, put together the PVC, and made it fit. The next day, two of them came back and worked with me to set the shower pan into mortar and attach the drain. They were very careful and patient, and it came out perfectly level and square. I will definitely use you again for some more work I have in mind.

I recently moved into a rental home and had issues with the water heater.  HR quickly sent someone out to me and diagnosed the problem and only charged me a $45 fee instead of tacking on hourly charges.  When the landlord sent me the money to have the water heater replaced, he had it installed 48 hours later. I recommend HR because he's quick to respond to voicemails, is very reasonably priced, and offers recommendations for contractors for any work he himself cannot do.

Wow! What an experience! From start to finish and then at 8am this morn your guy called to check up on everything! (I thought only doctors did that!)
